Can Music Keep Your Mind Sharp? Join the Study.
Beginning October 14, 2026
The Ebell is once again partnering with USC and Assal Habibi, PhD, Professor of Psychology, on an exciting research study exploring how singing and music listening may support hearing, memory, cognitive health, and social well-being in adults ages 65 and older.
Always wanted to sing in a choir? Love music? Or simply enjoy learning while giving back to science? Whether you sing every day or only in the shower, this is your chance to experience the joy of music while contributing to groundbreaking research that could help shape healthy aging for future generations.
Come make music, meet new people, and help discover how music can enrich our minds—and our lives.
